I decided to rebel from the whole idea of Illustration and do something Non Objective, a piece in my Subtext series. This a series where I write stream of conscience with a black marker and use the angles and curves to form the composition. I was inspired by some drawings I did in my sketchbook and decided to make them paints. There are only 2 pieces in this "series" because they take a lot of time and effort and I have to decide if they are good enough to take so much time.<br /><br />With this one I didn't want to over work it, I wanted to keep it simple and fresh. I confess it is now 12:36am Friday, and I just finish. I didn't realize I needed to post it so quickly.<br /><br />I also thought that the topic was simply, "subterranean". I didn't notice the quote below.<br /><br />I started my extensive brainstorming by looking up "subterranean" in the dictionary.
